Location
To reach Ucluelet, Vancouver Island drive north from Nanaimo B.C. on the Island Highway (Hwy. 19) to Highway 4. Then follow Hwy. 4 west to its terminus just north of Ucluelet, B.C..
Turn left and a short drive will find you in Ucluelet, Vancouver Island.
Our Ucluelet Accommodations, Bird's Bay Retreat is located at the red arrow on Spring Cove.
Finding us is simplicity itself.
When you drive into Ucluelet on the highway, simply stay on the same road towards the Lighthouse, passing right through the town of Ucluelet.
After passing He-Tin-Kis Park, keep watch to the left side of the road for the distinctive signpost with the name of our Ucluelet BC Cottage & Cabin Accommodations...

​ love this place! You are on an inlet on the ocean, we say deer swimming across the bay and eagles taking fish out of the bay. We also saw a sea otter and a stray seal that visited the bay. It was picture perfect! The setting is very peaceful and quite. The cabin is truly unique! The décor is wonderful and sets the pace for your stay. The Wild Pacific Trail is easily accessible across the street from the cabin. It was a wonderful place to stay and family friendly. Thank you for opening up such a great place to stay, I truly believe we had the best place to stay on Ucluecet!
